Urban University—the Erie City Mission’s youth leadership program—equips students in 7th through 12th grade in Erie County to grow as servant leaders who positively impact their schools, families, and communities.
We are looking for students who are committed, willing to give their best, and open to personal growth.
Urban University provides students with meaningful opportunities for growth through:

Urban University offers three program sessions each year—Summer, Fall, and Winter. These sessions include workshops, afterschool programming, service projects, and family engagement opportunities designed to help students build leadership skills, strengthen character, and discover their purpose.
