Sign up for a Volunteer Opportunity!
Before you are able to sign up for any volunteer opportunities, you must complete the volunteer application. If you have not filled out an application, click below to begin that process.
MissionTracker
MissionTracker is a volunteer platform that the Erie City Mission uses to oversee and maintain volunteer opportunities. You will be able to use this platform to review your volunteer hours, schedule service opportunities, and edit your volunteer profile.
Instructions on how to use Mission Tracker are below.
Sign up for a Volunteer Opportunity
- Use the link above to log-in* to MissionTracker using the username and password that ECM MissionTracker emailed you. *You may be prompted to update waivers upon your login.
- Select "Volunteer Tools."
- In the menu on the left-hand side, select “Volunteer Opportunities.”
This tab shows all opportunities available over the next 30 days.
- If you are looking for a specific opportunity or an opportunity outside of this date range, you will need to use the filter function under “Search Opportunities."
- Select the desired Volunteer Opportunity. - Select the button under "Sign Up."
- You are now signed up for that volunteer opportunity! You will receive a confirmation email and follow-up information closer to the volunteer opportunity date.
Username & Password
After you complete your volunteer application and are approved, MissionTracker will email* you a username and password to use to log in. *Please be sure to check your junk or spam mailboxes.
Please keep the given username and password stored for future reference.
If you would like to change your password, follow these instructions:
- Log in to MissionTracker using the username and password that were emailed to you.
- After you log in, select your name at the top of the page. A dropdown menu will appear. Select “Change Password.”
- Fill out the “Change Password” form.
