Please help us to “Build a Bridge to the Future”
Brick by brick, the hungry will be fed and the homeless will be housed. Won’t you please sponsor one of 150 bricks needed to build a “bridge to the future” at the Erie City Mission?
The physical bridge will be built in front of the new Erie City Mission to be constructed on its current site at 1023 French Street beginning in 2010. The figurative bridge is the $150,000 to be raised in this unique fundraising campaign. The funds are needed to help the Mission meet the increasing need for shelter, food, clothing, and spiritual uplifting through the end of 2008.
Each brick will represent a $1,000 donation and will be engraved as an enduring legacy to the people and groups that step forward to be part of this very special partnership.

The Erie City Mission has been helping the poor and needy of this community for nearly 100 years. The building currently housing our shelter and public dining room is 100 years old. We want your business or family name to be part of the new Erie City Mission for at least the next 100 years!
Sponsoring a brick and helping the Mission build a bridge to the future will enable the Mission to house the homeless, feed the hungry and rescue the lost through the end of 2008, and bring us closer to a future that includes a reconstructed Erie City Mission.
